I agree with you. An opt out once it starts would probably be the best solution for this specific format.</description>

		<description>I noticed this ad format, nearly a month ago. While initially I loved the ads (they were really sweet ones ;) ), I agree that this can get annoying for users. 

I think if users have had a choice to skip ad right away if they so desired, it would serve the purpose of a compromise between google&#039;s interest and users&#039; interest.
